Where's that Merrill Lynch reccommendation? Now would be a good time...
MRVC is certainly undervalued right now and yes Dan, we've been there
before. It's a crazy unfair market that allows Coca Cola to trade at
32X next years earnings when it's growing at about 8%; and our MRV
struggles to trade at 20x 98 forecasts while growing at least 40%.

I too am wondering if there is something we don't know... I do not
believe it's the dilution simply because the worst case of sitting
on the cash earns the company approx $4 mill additional interest in
1998 (Approx $95mm raised in secondary x4%) 4mm/28mm shares=$.14
per share gross or %.09-$.10 after taxes. Dilution is 9% (2.5mm/26mm)
and 9% of projected earnings is about $.11. So we have a penny or
two dilution as I see it. I may be wrong and if I am I'm SURE someone
will speak up.

Dana, you are right. If you're a long term investor--- nothing
has changed fundamentally about the company. And all us long termers
need to stop staring at the price.
