If the Fed buys 1.25 Trillion MBS for it's account, creating 1.25 Trillion in the process, Nope. Stays on FED's balance sheet. Rememeber what I said? What do we care? then sells said MBS, which are POSes, for 250 billion I claim they will sell them for $1.75T. They will become operational, that is, new owners will pay their mortgage loan. their SOMA account is unchanged. True, but SCMA won't. They printed 1 Trillion dollars.
