Snowshoe, I know these concepts are extremely complex and difficult to grasp, but in Somalia there is no protection of private property, individual life, self-determination and economic freedom, and the commons is assigned to the megalomaniacs. Have you not heard that pirates hijack ships and take them to Somalia for ransom? It's in the news.

Why would people want to go there to live?

You are obviously confused and think that Libertarianism means no government, no rules, just jungle. Perhaps you could try reading something. Just a fraction... maybe 3 minutes worth... should do it.
