Salazar announced Thursday that there’d be no new offshore drilling until the Interior Department completes the safety review process requested by Obama. The department is required to deliver the report to the president by May 28.

This is the key statement in the post. For an Administration to be a no nonsense one, they need to act and act decisively. This statement shows they have done so.

The rest of the article is nothing but a cheap attempt by the media to make some money at the expense of the ignorance of the public.

Where are the tea party folks. What do they have to say about this Govt. expense? Doesn't this add to the deficit. Should the Govt. keep out of this as they have always advocated? The press would do better if they seek these answers from the tea party folks instead of trying to incite the foolish public and making matters worse.
