I did some checking and a friend helped me out as follows, /Taro 'I don’t believe S.B.9 is around anymore. I think that video and e-mail are old, as I remember seeing Hugo Chavez's name in a similar e-mail several months ago connected to BO's aspirations to rule in perpetuity: coburn.senate.gov I checked all the bills in the senate awaiting passage and couldn’t find anything close to amnesty or “Z Visas.” Here is the Senate site. You can use the search box to use various terms to find actions related to amnesty and immigration: senate.gov There is no doubt, however, the Democrats would love to see immediate legalization of 12 million neo-Democrats from Mexico vote their ticket. In fact, Reid is still talking about this subject: reid.senate.gov I remember the hubbub when Dobbs left CNN last year. He was interviewed on Fox and I don’t know where he landed. He has apparently faded away. npr.org
