In crazy October 2008, Monday was usually a huge up day due
to events and interventions that happened over the Weekend.
That followed by crazy Tuesdays, when the Dow went down 700.
Will it repeat, or will the recovery of the market be
permanent? In a true SHTF these should not matter, and the
market could crash as much as 75% or more over time. They
always happen. The Russian market crashed 95-98% during
Asian/Russian crisis, 97-98. There was no shortage of official
statements that Russia will not default and has enough
reserves. There were crazy up moves. -NG-
