She was under age to meet that qualification, he does not qualify using that criteria... where's the narrative written by the delivering physician at the alleged hospital? Why not end the controversy with that simple document? It simply does not exist, that's why...

No he doesn't, read the law at the time. If he was born in kenya he doesn't qualify
