I think you wanted my updated list of CRE targets. I finished reviewing them, and I think I'll be targeting these seven: GRT DRE PEI KIM CBL MAC MPG based most heavily upon dilution and stock price, but also high EV/EBIDTA, and high debt-to-capitalization. The EV/EBIDTA was around 20 for some of these at the recent highs, meaning that the total available yield to owners was about 5% - and the lenders get their cut before the stockholders. As you know, I'm usually too early, and my personal style is not to worry too much about timing. I tend to take smaller positions and have a great deal of patience. That said, I think the next few weeks are an excellent time. `BC
