Not really. Many of the issues dealing with corporations are a lot bigger right now. Net neutrality is one. Reeling back Citizens United, which is the worst decision of our time, is another.

Sotomayor was OK. Nothing great. Kagan is OK. Nothing great. There's no Thurgood Marshall or Brandeis or Brennan in the crowd. He may get one more pick. I don't know why everyone on both sides expects Obama to make liberal decisions. He has so little history of that. He's Clinton without the wandering dick.
