A few years ago, Jim Rogers chose to move to Singapore. Many years ago, John Templeton moved to Nassau. If you are not an employee and make your living from buying and selling stocks, Canada could also be a viable option.

Andorra if you can afford to live in Europe, enjoy paying no tax, and can suffer through the ski bunny season:)

Their biggest "industry" is from ex-pats. You would have plenty of company.
