duh. in the past I have posted many such things on that subjects. you haven't made your case, nor has Greenwald, that I should be worried about Kagan. And frankly, where were a lot of those people all a'twitter when it was against the law not wear the 'proper' clothes in NYC? The ACLU gets all up about a lesbian not being able to attend a prom, but seriously, it's a prom. I simply can't get all that worked up about that or consider expending money on it. make a statement, yes. beyond that, high school is short and generally horrid. move on.
