Sure it was but I have no doubt an awful lot of old folks in GA are really pro-prayer themselves. And the staffers who reported the folks praying ... I'm guessing someone there was anti-prayer or why bother to say anything. Reminds me of something that happened in my junior high school a few years back. A painting with a religious theme had hung on a wall for 50 + years, no one commenting on it, me not even remembering it .... but one jerk calls some outfit like the ACLU and bang, they were threatened with a lawsuit unless it was removed.
