<Why would you want to drag MFC into it? > David, I know your reply was meant for Rod, but I have to add that my question to Rod was why he might feel that C++ Builder is not "completely interactive", and not what his opinion was of MFC. I work in the telecom business and spend most of my time translating data from one place to another and picking up yet another language means somehow making time for it. The last thing I need is to spend time learning an application environment built on top of a language I'll never get beyond the novice stage with! Regards, Dave
