Thanks for the description of "crash up".

My twisted view of the world goes like this.

(1) Currencies tank as thier is more of them all the time but not more actual new wealth in circulation.

(2) Gold goes up.

(3) Stock Market goes up as there is lots more money to buy stocks with.

(4) The gold miners go up with the stock market in general as well as physical gold going up.

(5) That's when gold gets shorted, which of course pushes the miners back down.

Rinse and repeat. Gradually this manipulation will fail and gold goes to the moon, but bugs need to be careful not to go bust in the process.
