Greenwald is not a liberal. nor are you. and if you doubt Kagan's creditionals, perhaps you might go a round or two with her and see who knows their stuff.

Did you read Greenwald's 'criticisms' of Kagan? Talk about a cipher........there is little of substance in his complaints. Most of it is actually Kagan complaints by others.......like by 4 professors who are scattered throughout the country and are furious that she did not hire more professors of color when she was Dean at Harvard. I think she may have been Dean for only two years and yet that's enough time to condemn her hiring practices and question her ideology.

I don't like ideologues either on the left or the right.....and Greenwald sounds like an ideologue with an axe to grind.
