there is little of substance in his complaints. Are you blaming Glennwald for the fact that Kagan has no record to analyze? According to this logic, Obama should be picking homeless people out from under bridges to run our country, since we can easily dispel criticisms as vague and lacking substance. Are you suggesting that Kagan has no record? Seriously, dude, from where is this coming? She may not be the most published person in the world but she definitely has a strong resume. Let me know when you figure it out.
