Yes, the China real estate bubble is on my list. Here is my list below. Anyone have anything you think I should add?

California or any US state defaults
China real estate bubble
Greece default (delayed to 2013 with EU bailout)
Any other PIIGS default
US default or downgraded
5 year ARM Subprime mortgage resets Summer 2010
End of Recovery Act spending Summer 2010
US Fed increasing rates (2nd half 2010 or early 2011)

Any of the above seem to be to be catalysts that could take the stock market down by 10% or more in a flash. There so many risks that I think the risk of catastrophe in the stock market outweighs the potential miniscule gains possible this year. As such, I'm 100% in cash right now.

You know what's funny? I am almost retired, so having so much in cash is seen as a great opportunity the financial planners. Since I went to cash, I've had 3 FPs call me asking if I needed their services. Where do all these jokers come from?
