OK. I think your point about "free association" on the internet is misguided in this case. SP, IMHO, is not running an exchange of free ideas. He just wants people who agree with him. Now once can run one's thread as one chooses, but I wanted to make the point that my experience was substantially the same as Thomas P's--and for me that is not what a political thread is all about--or should be about. I apologize to you for making the assumption that you had no knowledge about SP's thread or the way he conducts it.
