ACTV have reached some kind of deal with Cable and Wireless, and it will be announced within a week or 2. As far as I have been adviced then the deal is kind of complicated and may not move the stock right away, some of the details that have to be worked out is that in London and in Europe in general there are not as much sports on cable TV as here, most of the sports channels if not all of them are on satelite, so the programming mix will have to be very different from the US. Don't forget either that we will see NICE e-school contracts in this 4Q and i still expect to see the TCI deal fall in place before dec 1. So don't lose faith, who ever who sells at these low levels will all look like total fools within a very short time frame (my opinion). Also be aware of that there will be some late tax selling that may generate buying opportunities.
