Dave, unions are a dying non-factor in modern American society. The corporations and you conservative "useful idiots" have beat them down to nothing, despite the fact that unions work for YOUR benefit. Corruption has been a problem in unions. Union membership peaked at about 35% of the American workforce after WWII. Today it's 12%. I've never belonged to one, and I know only one person who has. They retain some clout because the have a lot of money. But they are paupers compared to corporations.
