O/T Max - I have a friend I talk to on the phone about the markets a couple times a week. He's an Irish-Catholic guy who grew up in Brooklyn and he went into the Navy right out of high school. He spent 8 years on a nuclear submarine, and I must tell you, that guy can swear. He cracks me up whenever I talk to him, and he goes off on tirades that make George Carlin sound like a whimp. He's a disabled vet who's spent decades obsessing over the markets, and he's got some of the most creative and informed market insights I've found anywhere. If one of Tony Soprano's crew somehow got into Wharton, he'd probably end up sounding like my friend Jimmy.
