I saw this the other day also and two things came to mind (I am not a science person and didn't see a whole lot of data so just speculating):
1-This sounds like it has a similar mechanism to Amicus' chaperone approach.
2-It likely would only work for a subset of the patients (with enough residual enzyme) and it wasn't clear if efficacy would compare with ERT.

That being said I will keep an eye on this approach.
