Dave, if you had a bunch of gold, and you KNEW it was going to become more valuable steadily, would you blow it all or save it?

Just substitute oil for gold..

Wrong, Shepard wants it conserved so others will have some in the future....our own off shore supplies have strategic value not just business interest for oil companies.... You RWer's are always anxious to go to war with someone.....you might consider your ammo supply and not waste it.
