I had enough of them. They bore me. If I thought I was doing some good over there, I would have stayed. But it was clear that it didn't matter what was said. They would twist what I was saying into something else, or either deliberately or not ignore it and reply to something else. Or bring up one of their "GHGs don't matter, it's been warmer before" rants. Or say that there are multiple causes of climate (like, duh...). Or some other silliness.
