Ivan--Thanks for your comments. BTW, did you see my follow up post to the TSV one in which I cautioned against making any decisions on POW stocks as they all still look good longer term. As per my linking RECY with the Waste Management Group, I don't care what IBD says. In my book, JUNK IS JUNK IS JUNK.= SCRAP=WASTE. <GG> Thanks for alerting us to my loose thinking. Later, Myron
