otoh, 68 is your fibo, so good enough to call it square.

i agree, the gold move represents both fear and awareness.

and china is down 20% now from their top.

the metal has already moved 50 from yesterdays lows to the pre open.

mr. cameron has already started a program of deficit reduction. of course its all silly. but if governments now quit spending around the planet, you take away the last spender still standing.

but with an even bigger mess because of it.

well, that's all going to be very interesting from a liquidity pov on the one hand, and easy money policy on the other.....but sans china now, which unless they suddenly pull back, appears quite determined to bring some tough love to the table. of course that will crash their real estate bubble, and a whole lot of mal invested satalite cities through the ranks of the PRC. see copper? <g>
