I just don't think anybody is taking delivery on rhodium metal.
What would you use it for? a user will buy oxides and look at quality
with a microscope.

Some copper and gold is sold in that way, but metals which are subject to many impurity considerations and not used in the metallic state are not delivered by future contracts. Those futures are 90% a tool for the producers to maniplulate prices. In the case of the NY Pt contracts they are 90% no delivery.. they are as good for the industry as the OEX.
