This is certainly not anything new especially in Florida given how far and fast prices fell.. We've been at this debt cleansing thing for a good three years with a couple more to go..

Damn housing prices do seem to be quite high in many parts of the world again with this reflation bubble though the good news it gives perma bears one more chance to redeem themselves. Don't screw it up this time....

Yeah screw those shitboxes at any price and the wife will kick you guys out for good and you'll have to live in that van by the river next to Chris Farley's ghost if that SRS doesn't pan out...hopers and dreamers in the casino live on as long as they still have chips to play with..
