re COWN - what did you read in the press release? the headline numbers are just horrible, fund outflows,-0.18$ earnings/share. Compensation is still out of control - 66$ of revenues and "other expenses" are up 7%. I see there revenues are up 10% from the worst quarter in history but that is hardly a feat. Capital markets are booming right now and all the major players are raking in money but COWN is lacking. They need to get compensation down to 40% of revenues like GS otherwise this is not a business model that works.
