Hi Dave, I disagree, basically management is new, a year or so old,
composed of young, energetic, bright people with big brass balls(sorry if anyone is offended).I do believe one of the team is in his 50's and hopefully can real these younger fella's in when need be. As for the stock price minimun, I would welcome a reverse split.

Dave - seldom do I like the reverse split. However, with the new NAZ try-to-look-good rules, I suspect many cos may be tempted to test their fate.

If indeed NAZ delist EXSO all of a sudden, I think the latter should appeal. Maybe another writein to the SEC is in order. If EXSO can climb back to the small cap listing, its latest earning release should take the stk up a notch or two (jmho.) In that sense, I don't think the mgt has anything to do with our predicament - we are simply held captive by the pinksheet bandits this time around.

Still waiting for my $1/shr <vvvbg>
