It is a legal birth certificate (only one the state issues...) both there and in the other 49 states as well.... Accepted as such by all states in the union, by all agencies of the federal government, and by all US courts. Re: "I say the AZ law against illegals is a legal law because AZ says so." (I never said that it wasn't 'legal'... I simply said that it doesn't apply to me. <GGG>)
