I agree. The feds have not been doing their job. Its a scam. The corp R types like using the illegals for their cheap labor and the Dems are looking at future voters. That's why the law has not been enforced. It sucks.

Suing the federal government isn't getting anywhere, and I don't think federal agents will be protected from accusations of racism.

If states banded together like they did with the Cafe standards, something would happen.....esp. in the current climate.

In fact, I think that's a major reason why the Feds aren't enforcing immigration law. They or their superiors are too afraid of the race card.
