No small child should ever be told or led to believe the culture they depend on for nourishment, protection, comfort and safety is evil, or not concerned about their best interests. They don't have the abstract thinking skills to be able to process the cognitive dissonance or the emotional maturity to deal with it even if they could. You all make me so frigging tired. Fear is the only thing you know to motivate people. And you call yourself a teacher. You are a con artist.......I can imagine what your classrooms were like.
