Doug: Yes sir, I guess you know the market inside and out. No analyst would ever attempt to influence the price of a stock. No analyst would ever downgrade it so that a major investor could get in at the resulting lower price. Where exactly is this dreamworld that you are living in. The most highly paid analysts are those that have the most effect on stock prices. They make the market they do little analyzing. Perhaps you should study up some more on realities of the market.
