That isn't what they said in the report. C.B.O. is still projected big savings for the nation on costs over the full decade after implementation, (vs. what the costs would have been if the status quo had remained unchanged)... and even bigger reductions in the next decade following that. I'm still of a mind to think though that we all have a great deal of reform work yet to do to push the cost curve for our world-leading highest cost health care delivery system downward.... (This one attempt marked a start not an end. Much heavy lifting remains to be done.)
