I read/heard of ORCL takeover rumors. I personally would rather see NSCP left alone by ORCL. My preference for a takeover would be (higher to lower): IBM, SUNW.. that's all. I still think though NSCP is OK on its own at this point and might be better off on its own always.

according to Zack's There are 4 firms with Strong buy, one with current buy, and 2 with buy.
