from 10Q 8/19/97 NET INCOME: (4,461,696) EPS PRIMARY: (0.24) EPS DILUTED: (0.24) This equals 18,590,400 shares. I know that it lists 43 some odd million shares outstanding in the beginning of the doc. Sorry to be dense but I'm just trying to figure out when the change took effect and why. I haven't been able to pull up the latest filing (if there is one on-line) All I've seen is the press release.
