Hi Tom:

------>trade without ones emotions getting in the way.

Over a lot of years of trading operating in this manner has proven to be hard to learn , BUT once learned, VERY profitable, at least for me.

I made a similar statement to a good friend three weeks ago, and added this kicker to the end-----never trade hunches and "feels" either. As it happened at an all male , somewhat social gathering with beverages which had "proof" on part of the labels -----you can imagine the reception that statement received.
Hunches and feels were the topic of conversation for at least a few minutes. Funny thing, the next day three of the guys called me and thanked me for bringing it up and that it would have an impact on their actions in the market.
Then Monday and Tuesday came and there was the wild down and rebound.
Friday evening a lot of the same group was not quite as jovial and agreement was high in the majority that relying on an unemotional analysis of the market had either made money or saved in the loss of it for the week.

They still liked the hunches and feels topics , however......gggg

Regards---Nemer.
