You would have thought so but it all works seamlessly. I use partitions a bit like folders.

The "image" partition is for big ISO files. (not HD images)

There is a partition for each OS.

I use a separate but common partition for documents and applications.

and few others for various things.

and then when you clone it, it really looks complicated when they are both switched on. -g-
