What he means is that it's alright for HIM to use the word Queer in a pejorative manner to slander another person but that you are evil bigot for simply shortening the word and using it in a descriptive manner. Of course when he first used it he had an entirely different story and claimed he was just saying I was "peculiar". He was lying then as he is lying now. He thinks it's cute.
