Niloff, M.D., a leading expert in Gynecology, quality improvement and healthcare cost containment, was elected to the company’s board of directors, at the annual meeting of stockholders. Dr. Niloff, 56, joins Mark L. Faupel, Ph.D., William E. Zachary, Jr., John E. Imhoff, M.D., Ronald W. Hart, Ph. D., Michael C. James and Ronald W.
