Too late for me, I guess I will order 2 hard drives for my new XP box, already ordered Windows XP Pro from Microsoft Canada for my new system last week, as I could not find copies anywhere. The company building my system does not and can not get XP anymore.

MS is only stocking WinXP for people with pirated copies on their machine and want the real version. MS in the USA does not sell XP anymore.

I have a gut feeling their could be a patch to fix this issue, since there are so many XP machines out there. Or hard drive makers will still offer XP compatible drives.

Thanks for the heads up.
