Nice logic Noel, I understand the reason that the NFL has allowed only I DTH service to offer the Ticket. As I said before, and you confirmed, not many people have the time or the interest to watch 13 games on Sunday. Football is just not that interesting. What I'd like to see is DISH get a college football and college basketball deal. Doesn't DirectTV have a college basketball deal whereby lots and lots of college games are shown?

This NFL deal is not going to kill DISH, I think DISH is gaining huge mind-space in the consumer markets and we will hit 1M easy by the end of the year. People are getting interested in the DTH services, they are seen as sexy and state of the art, while cable is just same old cable. That of course is changing with cable upgraded to digital, but it will take a year or so before the newness of digital wears off and the DTH guys don't have the halo anymore, IMHO.
