Prins (the person) may have become an employee of KTI. But none of that makes PRNSQ a subsidiary of KTI -- just an assetless, broke corporation that no longer answers the last phone number I have for them. The definitive place to get information would probably be the clerk of the court where the PRNSQ bankrupcy was going on -- he may know if it was discharged, and if so, whether it exists.
