I have no *information* except for imperfect memory --- but I recall that KTI bought assets for cash, and no doubt the cash was in adequate to pay PRNSQ's debts. Prins (the person) may have become an employee of KTI. But none of that makes PRNSQ a subsidiary of KTI -- just an assetless, broke corporation that no longer answers the last phone number I have for them.

The definitive place to get information would probably be the clerk of the court where the PRNSQ bankrupcy was going on -- he may know if it was discharged, and if so, whether it exists. Most likely it's gone: time to take a tax loss.
