Can anyone comment on the article below stating that there is insider trading again? Is this old news? Thursday November 6 9:01 AM EST BEFORE THE BELL - Intel Corp dips NEW YORK, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Shares in semiconductor maker Intel Corp eased in pre-opening trade Thursday to stand out in a quiet market, dealers said. ''It's really quiet. There's really nothing going on,'' one said. Intel was trading at 74 from a Wednesday closing price of 74-10/16. Shares in the company had risen to 75 in after-hours trade Wednesday. Among other active shares, Ascend Communications Inc (ASND) was trading at 26-1/8, up from a closing price of 26. Six executives of the company filed plans last week to sell up to 325,000 shares of common stock, according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The move came just days before the networking company told investors it expected slowing sales for the next few quarters.
