What is almost never mantioned about Bushes tax cuts to the rich is:

The greatest cuts went to the lower income levels.

High income people got their tax cuts deferred several years and in increments that took years to have effect.

Low income people have a capital gains tax rate of 5% - a great deal.

This should serve as an inspiration to low income earners to become savers.

It is very out of context-when called tax breaks to the rich.
