Your post Message 26519850 was a link to an quote of an opinions piece about how "starve the beast" failed to reduce government spending. In other words it was an article about the effect of tax changes on government spending (specifically claiming that cutting taxes does not lead to lower government spending) It claimed - "Unfortunately there is no evidence that the big 1981 tax cut enacted by Reagan did anything whatsoever to restrain spending." Which again is on the subject of the effect on tax changes on government spending.
