So, Ed, what's your opinion on VNTV? Looks like a good buy here in the low 20's.

Ed,

Get you facts straight.

1. Class action lawsuit is a joke.
2. A BIG DEAL will conservatively make them a 100M company
3. They reported that "they currently expect" Q4 revenues to be less than Q3, not "will be worse".
4. There is more than ONE piece of good news to expect.
5. We are not gung-ho, simply optimistic at these levels.
6. The future on FC is more certain than ever and it is huge. Worst case they would be bought for 200M for the technology and engineers.

Rational thinking? Your loss has got your emotions out of control. You should stick to drawing Peanuts cartoons and out of the market.

Steve

If you reread everything in your post you will notice that it is forward looking and very WISHFUL. If you reread my post you will notice that it represents the facts today and is very TRUTHFUL.

These are facts and not forward looking Ed? Do you think before you write things?

Even if they were to get this one big deal, so what? Instead of being a $10M company they could be a $30M company and still have no future.

And that picture is never going to happen!

These statements are forward looking and bearish HYPE

Ed, from other posts on the Board, I understand that the plaintiffs in the "big" class action lawsuit, which is one of several hunfred pending nationwide against scores of companies, have not yet filed their "real" complaint, although whatever they may add will not be based upon nonpublic information obtained from the company in discovery -- because there has been no discovery. Inevitably, that final form of complaint will be tested by a motion to dismiss -- which may end the lawsuit. From there, the plaintiffs have to attempt to establish the existence of a class, and that one of the plaintiffs named in the lawsuit adequately represents the class. Next, the plaintiffs must prove knowing misstatements or omissions. All of the foregoing is not a given, and no one on this Board, myself included, has any clue about where, if anywhere, the class action lawsuits is going. It is unreasonable to speculate one way or another about the likely outcome.
