David, concerning CREAF's competitors you can start with the following S3 SIII(graphics) Diamond DIMD(graphics/DVD) there are others in DVD but DIMD is the main competition in the PCDVD 3Dlabs TDDDF (graphics) Creaf holds a 12% interest in TDDDF ESS ESST (sound/graphics) 3DFX TDFX (graphics) This is a partial list, perhaps someone else can add to it.
