I was talking to a TPRO official as the market closed yesterday, the last trade going off at $6.25, below the warrant conversion threshold. I heard, "6.25?...(sigh)..we start the count over again." Then he switched back to the subject we were discussing, and I didn't pursue it. But thinking about that "sigh" in relation to the WNDR press release, I suspect TPRO wants the cash from the warrant conversion to pay the upfront costs of those 20,000 CDs. Firstly, these are a "lite" version, so there are upfront development expenses, and as we earlier discovered, these CDs are not cheap to produce. I think TPRO is as disappointed as we are that the price keeps getting driven down below the warrant threshold.
